Terry already playing his last game in the League alongside Chelsea win
5-1 over Sunderland last weekend. In that game, Terry pulled out 26
minutes as a symbolic number to his back.
After 22 years with Chelsea, Terry will get new experience next season. Still no word if Terry were to choose retirement.
However, some people believe that Tery actually still can play at a competitive level, especially through a myriad of experience as a top player.
Therefore Terry was asked not to retire because he still can attract many clubs this summer.
"Of course it's sad, sad for the fans, Terry, and all those who have long worked for him. But such is life in football. One day the future there is a change, "said the former national team coach Sven-Goran United Kingdom, Eriksson, Soccerway was quoted as saying.
"I do not think he will have trouble finding a new club," he continued.
"He's a very good defender, his technical qualities are very good, I remember his career in the national team and you'll be surprised when you start working with him, technically he's a very good player."
"Of course his mentality, he's like a true defender, is very professional, he has the qualities to be one of the best defenders you've ever met."
"I think he and his agent are very open to all possibilities, China, America or stay in England, I think he is open to all possibilities," he concluded.
