Barcelona - Barcelona striker, Luis Suarez, called Liverpool should always appear in the Champions League. Suarez
believes, under the care of Jurgen Klopp and has a quality player, the
Reds are able to compete in the Champions League 2017-2018.
After successfully winning the title in 2005, Liverpool often difficult to secure tickets competing in the Champions League. In the last 10 seasons, the Reds squad has only four appearances in the European club's elite tournament.
For the season 2017-2018, Liverpool managed to secure a ticket to play
in the Champions League. However, due to finish in the top four of the
Premier League standings last season, Liverpool had to fight from the
playoffs if you want to break through the group phase.
"Liverpool must always compete in the Champions League and I think Jurgen Klopp needs a little time, because he arrived the previous season but Klopp has a good season," Suarez said.
"I think it will be better next season because Klopp is a qualified coach and has a lot of players who can make a difference." Liverpool are the clubs that should always appear in the Champions League, "he added.
During the three and a half seasons of defending Liverpool, Luis Suarez has never appeared in the Champions League. He only competed in the Europa League season 2012-2013 with the Reds.
